What we keep, and why.
Evernight collects as little as it can. This page says what that is in plain language, as the Protection of Personal Information Act asks.
When you order
We keep the details of the piece you designed (the date, time, place, coordinates, words and options) together with your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. We use them to make the piece, to confirm and invoice the order, and to deliver it. The courier receives your name, phone number and address and nothing else.
When you write to us
We keep your name, email address and message so that we can reply.
Where it lives
Orders and messages are stored as private records on Cloudflare's infrastructure and copied to our own systems for production. They are not sold, shared for marketing, or given to anyone who does not need them to make or deliver your piece.
The preview
The live preview runs in your browser. When you search for a place that is not in our built-in list, the words you typed are sent to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service, and for place maps the coordinates are sent to the Overpass API to fetch map data. Nothing else about you goes with them.
Cookies and tracking
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted once an order is complete. Email [email protected].
